Megan is the Founder of Benandanti Consulting, a boutique HR and Recruitment firm specializing in pre-seed to Series B start-ups. She offers tailored solutions to assist organizations in scaling strategically and responsibly, with a heavy emphasis on finding the right talent for the client’s stage of business and beyond. Megan has supported organizations from early stage to IPO through fundraises, product pivots, hypergrowth, M&A, international expansion, reductions and more. Her clients span multiple industries including technology, agriculture, healthcare, social impact, academia and non-profit. Her experience, paired with her expertise in workplace interpersonal dynamics, makes her an agile thought partner for growing businesses.

Outside of her client work, she is an Interview Coach, helping individuals of all professional levels find careers where they can grow and thrive. She is a Keynote Speaker, giving talks and facilitating workshops centered around The Future Of Work, The Evolution of HR, Interview Training, Leadership Development, Team Strengths Finder Sessions and more.

 

Megan believes that it is possible to build a more human workplace by operating on the core principals of respect, clarity and compassion. She is passionate about diversity and equity in the workplace and prides herself on being honest, forward-thinking, and occasionally funny.

When she isn’t joyously juggling her many workstreams or fixating on the LinkedIn algorithm, you can find her cooking new recipes from her vast cookbook collection, embarking on but likely not finishing some kind of creative project, and enjoying the many sites and scenes of Santa Barbara with her longtime partner.
