Megan Pawlak is the founder of Benandanti Consulting. She works with founders and executives at growth-stage companies to build the organizational infrastructure that holds up when the business gets harder.
 

Most people want to do good work. Whether they can usually comes down to how well the organization around them is built. That's the work Megan does, helping leaders get honest about what's actually breaking before deciding what to do about it. Her engagements span organizational design, leadership development, and talent strategy, not as separate services, but as the same set of problems viewed through different lenses depending on where the pain is showing up.
 

She has worked with companies from pre-seed through IPO across technology, healthcare, life sciences, agriculture, social impact, academia, and the arts, supporting leadership teams through fundraises, product pivots, hypergrowth, reductions, and everything in between. She also speaks and facilitates on leadership, healthy conflict, and what it actually takes to build companies worth working for. Everything she does is guided by four principles: influence, respect, clarity, and compassion.

When she is not deep in a client engagement or workshopping her next strong opinion, you can find her working through her cookbook collection, starting, but likely not finishing, an ambitious creative project, and exploring Santa Barbara with her longtime partner.
