She helps diagnose hidden blockers, implement strategies to move through growth moments, train leadership teams to navigate highs and lows, and recruit the people who can change the trajectory of a business.
 

She has worked with companies from pre-seed through IPO across technology, healthcare, life sciences, agriculture, social impact, and the arts. She has been in the room during fundraises, pivots, hypergrowth, reductions, and the kinds of moments that don't fit neatly in a case study. What she has learned across all of it: the companies that hold up aren't the ones that avoided hard things. They're the ones that had leaders willing to face them directly.

Megan prides herself on being direct, kind, and occasionally funny. When not joyously juggling her many work streams you can find her cooking through her vast cookbook collection, starting, but likely not finishing, an ambitious creative project, and analyzing human behavior through true crime podcasts.
